Learn to cook 3 Italian dishes with your expert home chef. Enjoy traditional Italian cuisine in a modern way: healthy and waste-free. Make fresh pasta from scratch, such as tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli, cacio and pepe sauce, ragu' sauce, focaccia, eggplant parmigiana, bruschetta, tiramisù and many others. Work from your own personal desk. As you learn new culinary skills, enjoy some light snacks like cheese, dry tomatoes, mortadella, and olives. Try some sweets like cookies, biscuits, and candies, with coffee, teas, infusions, and water. Then, sit down as a group and enjoy your new tasty main dishes. Sip on some wine and chat with your fellow students. Receive a copy of all recipes from your chef, so you can recreate the dishes at home.
